Meatballs on a Stick:
Enjoy right on the stick kabob-style with a variety of dipping sauces:
- Marinara Sauce
- BBQ Sauce
- Buffalo Sauce
- Garlic Aioli: mix mayonnaise or sour cream (any type) and garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
- Tzatziki sauce: mix chopped cucumber, Greek yogurt or sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Gloria’s Signature Sauce: mix equal parts mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Grill meatballs on a stick alongside pita bread. Pull heated meatballs off stick and serve on pita with chopped tomatoes, sliced onions, and tzatziki sauce (see above).
Mix chopped romaine lettuce and shredded mozzarella with your choice of sliced onions, tomatoes, olives, and/or croutons. Pull heated meatballs off stick and serve with Caesar dressing.
Split a hoagie roll or baguette. Toast or grill. Pull heated meatballs off stick (or use Dinner Pack for a saucy sandwich) and serve in bun with Marinara sauce. Extra yummy: add sliced provolone or shredded mozzarella and heat until cheese is melted.
Old-fashioned Spaghetti & Meatballs:
Prepare pasta of your choice. Top with heated Meatballs & Sauce Dinner Pack.
Sicilian Meatballs & Sauce:
Prepare polenta from scratch or purchase fully cooked. Top with heated Meatballs & Sauce Dinner pack. Make it extra cheesy: stir in shredded fontina or grated parmesan cheese into polenta before serving.
